It is widely accepted that the provision of high quality pastoral care is at the heart of all successful schools. Opinion is rather more divided as to what constitutes excellent pastoral care and how schools should go about providing it.
Aims of the course:
I thought this course was excellent. It drew together the different aspects of being a DSL and Pastoral Coordinator and really helped with inspection prep.
